Undetected Mold Growth in AC Closet

Mold can and will grow any place where moisture is present and humidity is high making an AC closet a perfect environment for mold to grow and because the AC closet isn't checked daily it often goes undetected for days. 

In the before photo you can see where water had been dripping from the AC pan for an undetected amount of time causing mold to start growing on the surrounding drywall.

Our state mold certified SERVPRO team went out, quickly accessed the loss and put together a protocol. 

The after-photo reveals all the affected drywall removed after containment was set.
